É com imensa alegria que volto a escrever em meu blog depois de três meses afastada, escolho apresentar o trabalho de uma nova amiga, linda, sensível, feminina e que suspira, inspira e expira arte, entendendo que a arte está presente em todos os lugares através da “Vida que Cresce Silenciosa”, apresento a arte orgânica de Mariana Kuroyama.
Natural de Fortaleza e agora residente em São Paulo, Mari se apresenta com uma versatilidade incrível, jornalista de formação e artista por amor. Essa descoberta se deu ainda na infância com o gosto pelo desenho, ficando um pouco afastada desse universo, com o tempo descobriu que a arte estava em seu caminho de uma forma mais séria. “Queria ficar em casa, entre as árvores as flores e os pássaros, a vida! Ficava contemplando, lembro que várias vezes olhava para essa realidade ao meu redor e pedia internamente para trabalhar a serviço daquela beleza.” Em 2006 fez sua primeira exposição e em 2007 veio a decisão de se dedicar integralmente a arte.
Logo veio a vontade de produzir roupas, se inscreveu no concurso de novos talentos em moda do Projeto Palco (evento de moda alternativa de Fortaleza), venceu com a mini-coleção de dois vestidos em P&B entitulada Jardim Suspenso. Trabalhou um tempo com roupas sob encomenda e um de seus desfiles rendeu um documentário “Fulô de Kuroyama”.
Mari não ficou só nas roupas, com a ajuda do tatuador Dereka, o qual se tornou seu mestre, fez sua primeira tatto autoral. Pergunto como foi lidar com a mudança do suporte, a pele, ela comenta de um livro islâmico no qual diz que não importa a superfície na qual trabalham, sempre fazem arte com afinco e ao ler isso pensou que podia fazer seu desenho em qualquer superfície. Termina a entrevista dizendo que não gosta da tatuagem como um produto pronto. “É uma tendência atual das pessoas buscarem exclusividade, até mesmo por que a tatuagem é como um diálogo seu com o mundo, uma forma de se expressar. Fico feliz em saber que as pessoas confiam na minha criação, que na realidade acontece em parceria com o cliente, para traduzirem a vontade do que querem ter tatuado na pele.”
Não preciso nem dizer que termino essa entrevista morrendo de vontade as minhas próximas tatuagens sejam feitas por essa artista!!!
Inspirações de Kuroyama e seus artistas favoritos em suas palavras.
Minha inspiração: a natureza, nosso mundo. Suas cores e culturas, a alegria do povo, de um olhar, o movimento? A vida acontecendo é um negócio inspirador demais. Falando de artistas, gosto muito de Escher, Alex Grey, Michael Parkes, e o meu preferido, o Hundertwasser. Também admiro bastante as criações de Tinico Rosa, Jun Matsui e Brian Gomes (todos tatuadores). Tem outras pessoas também, a Patrícia Martins, uma amiga artista lá de Fortaleza que tem um trabalho realmente lindo, e tem muitos nomes daqui que não lembro agora, grafiteiros impressionantes que trabalham para o belo, para aquilo que faz suspirar o coração e nos tira um pouco do mecanicismo da cidade e seus sistemas. Gosto de ver suas cores e formas pelas ruas.

Organic Art Mariana Kuroyama
It is with great joy that I return to write in my blog after three months away, I choose to present the work of a new friend, beautiful, sensitive, feminine that sighs and breathes art, understanding that art is present everywhere through "Life Grows Quiet", present Kuroyama’s Organic Art.
A native of Fortaleza and now residing in Sao Paulo, Mari is presented with an incredible versatility, journalist by training and artist by love. This discovery was in its infancy with a taste for drawing, getting a little away from that universe, in time discovered that art was in its way a more serious way. "I wanted to stay at home among the trees flowers and birds, life! Was contemplating, I remember several times looking at the reality around me and asked to work internally in the service of that beauty." In 2006 it was her first exhibition and in 2007 came the decision to devote himself entirely to art.
Soon came the desire to produce clothes, she enrolled in the competition for new talent in fashion design from the Stage (alternative fashion event in Fortaleza), and won with two mini-collection of dresses in B & W titled Hanging Garden. She worked one time with custom clothes and one of her shows earned a documentary of Fulô Kuroyama.
Mari was not only in clothing, with the help of the artist Derek, who became her master, made her first tattoo with her draw. I ask her how it was dealing with the change of support, skin, and she says about a book on Islam which says that no matter what surface you work, always make art and hard to read that she thought she could do her design in any surface. She ends the interview saying don’t like the tattoo as a finished product. "It's a trend of people seeking exclusivity, even by the tattoo is like a dialogue with their world, a way of expressing yourself. Glad to know that people trust in my upbringing, which actually happens in partnership with the client, to translate the will of what they want to have tattooed on your skin."
Needless to say I finish this interview dying my next tattoos are made by that artist!
Kuroyama inspirations and her favorite artists in her words.
My inspiration: nature, our world. Their colors and cultures, the people's happiness, a look at the movement? Life is going on a business too inspiring. Speaking of artists, I love Escher, Alex Grey, Michael Parkes, and my favorite, the Hundertwasser. I also admire the creations of very Tinico Rosa, Jun Matsui and Brian Gomes (all tattoos artists). There's other people too, Patricia Martinez, an artist friend of Fortaleza that there is a really beautiful and has many names here that I do not remember now, graffiti artists who work for the stunning beauty, what makes you sigh for the heart and takes us a bit of mechanism the city and its systems. I like to see their colors and shapes through the streets.
